SVEn van daar gegaan zijnde, zo vond hij Jonadab, den zoon van Rechab, hem tegemoet; die hem groette; en hij zeide tot hem: Is uw hart recht, gelijk als mijn hart met uw hart is? En Jonadab zeide: Het is, ja, het is; geef uw hand. En hij gaf zijn hand, en hij deed hem tot zich op den wagen klimmen.
WLCוַיֵּ֣לֶךְ מִשָּׁ֡ם וַיִּמְצָ֣א אֶת־יְהֹונָדָב֩ בֶּן־רֵכָ֨ב לִקְרָאתֹ֜ו וַֽיְבָרְכֵ֗הוּ וַיֹּ֨אמֶר אֵלָ֜יו הֲיֵ֧שׁ אֶת־לְבָבְךָ֣ יָשָׁ֗ר כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר לְבָבִי֙ עִם־לְבָבֶ֔ךָ וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהֹונָדָ֥ב יֵ֛שׁ וָיֵ֖שׁ תְּנָ֣ה אֶת־יָדֶ֑ךָ וַיִּתֵּ֣ן יָדֹ֔ו וַיַּעֲלֵ֥הוּ אֵלָ֖יו אֶל־הַמֶּרְכָּבָֽה׃

wayyēleḵə miššām wayyiməṣā’ ’eṯ-yəhwōnāḏāḇ ben-rēḵāḇ liqərā’ṯwō wayəḇārəḵēhû wayyō’mer ’ēlāyw hăyēš ’eṯ-ləḇāḇəḵā yāšār ka’ăšer ləḇāḇî ‘im-ləḇāḇeḵā wayyō’mer yəhwōnāḏāḇ yēš wāyēš tənâ ’eṯ-yāḏeḵā wayyitēn yāḏwō wayya‘ălēhû ’ēlāyw ’el-hammerəkāḇâ:


ACטו וילך משם וימצא את יהונדב בן רכב לקראתו ויברכהו ויאמר אליו היש את לבבך ישר כאשר לבבי עם לבבך ויאמר יהונדב יש ויש תנה את ידך ויתן ידו ויעלהו אליו אל המרכבה
ASVAnd when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him; and he saluted him, and said to him, Is thy heart right, as my heart is with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me thy hand. And he gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.
BEAnd when he had gone away from there, he came across Jehonadab, the son of Rechab: and he said good-day to him, and said to him, Is your heart true to mine, as mine is to yours? And Jehonadab in answer said, It is; and Jehu said, If it is, give me your hand. And he gave him his hand, and he made him come up into his carriage.

And Jehonadab said, It is. -- If it be, give [me] thy hand. -- And he gave [him] his hand; and [Jehu] took him up to him into the chariot,
ELB05Und er zog von dannen und traf Jonadab, den Sohn Rekabs, der ihm entgegenkam; und er grüßte ihn und sprach zu ihm: Ist dein Herz redlich, wie mein Herz gegen dein Herz? Und Jonadab sprach: Es ist's. Wenn es so ist, so gib mir deine Hand. Und er gab ihm seine Hand. Da ließ er ihn zu sich auf den Wagen steigen und sprach:
LSGEtant parti de là, il rencontra Jonadab, fils de Récab, qui venait au-devant de lui. Il le salua, et lui dit: Ton coeur est-il sincère, comme mon coeur l'est envers le tien? Et Jonadab répondit: Il l'est. S'il l'est, répliqua Jéhu, donne-moi ta main. Jonadab lui donna la main. Et Jéhu le fit monter auprès de lui dans son char,
